Simplifying learning

I am a medical doctor with an advanced degree in public health. I have always sought to teach or help other medical students with concepts that they find hard to grasp. I was able to initiate a "buddy" tutoring program in medical school where senior students volunteered to teach junior students in anatomy, physiology, and other courses.
