Ryan - Elementary Math

I have 19 years of teaching experience on the west side of Cleveland. I develop my own lessons to match the Common Core Curriculum in grades 3, and 4. I believe students should be presented with a variety of strategies to solve problems, as well as teaching students how to understand the principles behind the solution rather than just how to solve a problem.
