Retired College Professor with a PhD in Electrical Engineering

I have been teaching High frequency measurements and Digital Communications since 1980. I graduated in Electrical Engineering in 1977 and I came to the University of Florida getting a Master of Engineering (1994) and a PhD (2000) - both in Electrical Engineering.
