Results oriented tutor for English, ESL and proofreading

I've had over 5 years teaching English/ESL online and in person and much more experience in the business world. While I am well prepared for what the teaching goals are, I also am flexible to adjust the sessions to focusing on something that I find out in the first couple of minutes that takes precedence over what' been planned.
