As a child, I wasn't very fond of reading. Sure, I read as a child...picture books, stories about monsters and movie adaptations, et cetera. Yet, I cannot say I truly discovered my love for literature until I was in 7th grade. It took a grisled, old teacher to finally open the door to true imagination and the understanding of the written word.
