PhD in Biostatistics who enjoys teaching statistics

I have a PhD from the University of South Florida in Biostatistics. I have found that students learn best when the teacher approaches the lesson like a conversation rather than a lecture. This helps the student be engaged in the material and allows the instructor to better determine how well a student knows the material.
