Knowledge is Power

The ultimate equalizer is education. My academic journey is proof of that. I grew up in Vallejo, California, where teen pregnancy and poverty rates far surpassed graduation rates. My way out was education. I graduated high school with a 4.45 GPA and graduated university Magna Cum Laude. I paid for my education waiting tables and walking dogs.
