"Highly Qualified" Mathematics Tutor

Greetings, According to the standards set forth in the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, the State of Michigan has declared that I am highly qualified to teach all subjects in grades K-5 (K-8 Self Contained), as well as middle school mathematics ("EX" endorsement).
