Helping kids be the best they can be

I love helping kids achieve their best. I currently work as a paraprofessional in a school. I've worked with kids with behavioral problems and helped problem behaviors decrease to allow more room for learning. I love seeing that moment when a subject "clicks" with a student and they finally understand it. I've run a "95% group" which helps students who struggle with basic reading skills such as blends.
