Good science is an art and good art is a science

I love the sciences and the arts and find math to be fundamental for both. I double majored in Biochemistry and Zoology at the University of Florida. There I also did my undergraduate research in Organic Chemistry. I then went to the University of Iowa as a PhD student in Genetics and graduated with my Master's.
