Former college professor and experienced Spanish tutor

I was born in Hong Kong, the son of two U.S. journalists. Subsequently I lived in Spain for 11 years where I taught both ESL and Music. I then completed both a M.A. and a Ph.D in Spanish and taught Spanish at both St. Mary's College of Maryland and Northern Virginia Community College until I retired in 2012.
