Experienced Secondary Math ESL

I have a BSBA and MEd Math. I was the math department chair at Alchesay High School. I revamped the curriculum so my kids passed the state (AIMS) graduation exam. When I started, only 3 had passed. I had 5 classes of failing algebra students. After changing the old methods, 7 math teachers on my new team and I helped 108 seniors graduate in one year.
