I conduct software training and provide software support at my "day job" at a regional insurance company for over 15 years. I am also Lead Adjunct Faculty at Illinois Central College where I have taught since 1997. I am also Adjunct Faculty at Midstate College. In addition I conduct one and two day workshops for ICC's Professional Development Institute (PDI).
