As an instructor in the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Department at SBU I taught dental students and residents the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties. It was a fulfilling experience and was as much a learning experience for me as well. My philosophy is to keep things positive and focused, that helps the student with getting motivated.
