Chinese speaking/reading/writing; MCAS certification of Excel

I am bi-lingual in English and Chinese speaking, reading and writing. (Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin ? traditional and simplified. Also understand and be able to communicate with key words in Taiwanese). I also have an advance knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
