AP, Research Paper, and Classroom History, Gov, and Geo Tutoring

I graduated from the University of Oregon in 1981, took the Foreign Service Exam, and served from 1984 to 1994. I worked in Haiti, Togo, and Guinea for the State Department and Peace Corps.
