Hi There! I work as a Bioinformatics Programmer for a very reputed Hospital on projects related to Next generation sequencing. My primary focus is on very large epidemiology studies relating to Breast, Ovarian, Pancreatic and Endometrial Cancer. Genomics dataset can be very large and is considered Big Data.
