30 years owning my own staffing business

Hi. I am a semi-retired business owner who spent 30+ years in recruiting in the high tech area of Silicon Valley. A great deal of my work was with small firms or "startups". I often had to recruit individuals to form teams of technical, marketing, and sales groups. The group and I did work for over 200 firms in those 30 years.
