PhD student in Bioengineering

I'm a first year PhD student in the Biomedical engineering department at UC Santa Cruz studying bioinformatics and genetics. Prior to this I received both my M.S. in Laboratory Medicine (Virology), and my B.S. in Microbiology at the University of Washington.
